At 15:26 on Saturday 14th December, our monitoring detected an issue with the CEPH distributed storage cluster becoming unresponsive. Dependent services where unable to communicate with cluster. This included services responsible for journaling customer data.
The Technical Teams have stabilised the CEPH cluster and currently running a controlled restoration of impacted services, journaling is still scaled down and will be started as soon as possible.
Website is up and searching is availble, customer will receive bounce back noitifications from Exchange however these will be re-processed once the SMTP services are up.
Updates will be shared every 30 minutes.
