On 2024-11-05 at 18:21:08, our monitoring systems detected multiple solr replicas going offline, specifically on one shard. Although standard recovery procedures were promptly initiated, subsequent checks revealed that the data on the affected shard had been emptied due to data corruption.
There is no permanent data loss; however, tenants data routed to the impacted shard will experience a unavailability of searches for data recorded prior to 2024-11-05 18:21:08. We are actively working to recover the data for the impacted tenants by reindexing.
Our team is prioritising the reindexing process and will provide an estimated completion time once it is underway.
